It would be awesome to start using actual regenerative milk from Alexandre farms in Northern California rather than straus or clover collective farms that aren’t truly regenerative- especially if you’re going to be using the buzzword. Using the word, but not truly sourcing high quality regenerative dairy is diluting the word to where people won’t trust it, and think it’s a bandwagoner product. Look at Alecs ice cream- they use the milk and it’s certified ROC regenerative, they are taking off nationwide. Just a thought.
