Given the perishable nature of our products we are not able to accept returns.
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we are dedicated to resolving any issues that may arise with your order. In the event that your box arrives damaged please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receipt at [email protected].
We will happily review your order and reported issues and offer an appropriate resolution which may include product replacement, credit towards your next purchase, or a partial/full refund.
Since we are not able to physically access the product, we may ask that you provide photos of the product label and damage reported.
