We offer free shipping on all orders.

Shipping Time

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we ship out orders Mon-Wed with FedEx 2Day. We generally avoid shipping Thu-Fri to avoid products staying in the FedEx warehouse over the weekend.

Shipping Procedures

We take extra measures to ensure your order arrives in its best condition. That means we send Kefir Lab in a temperature-controlled package so it remains at a refrigerated-like state until it arrives at your door.

Shipping Temperature

Fermentation is a natural way of preserving food. Just like other highly probiotic supplements, you find on the market, our 100 Trillion Probiotic Kefirs & Shots do not need to stay cold during transit. That’s also to ensure the potent probiotics would survive through the “warm” digestion tract. Yet, we still like to insulate and add an ice pack in case of shipping delays. The 100 Trillion Probiotic Kefir is safe and delicious no matter what temperature it arrives at.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping on our 100 Trillion Probiotic shots to Canada, Australia, the UK, and the EU. The shipping rate is automatically generated upon checkout with FedEx Priority (3-5 business days delivery).

Shipping Delays

Kefir Lab is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to keep you informed of any delays and work with the shipping carrier to resolve any issues.

Missing or Lost Packages

If a package is lost or missing, please get in touch with us immediately at hello@kefirlab.com or through a secure form. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate the package and resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

If a package is damaged during shipping, please take photos of the damaged package and contact us immediately at hello@kefirlab.com or through a secure form. We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and send a replacement product.
