We take extra measures to ensure your order arrives in its best condition. That means we send Kefir Lab in a temperature-controlled package so it remains in a refrigerated-like state until it arrives at your door.
I wish I had seen this page before placing the order. The confirmation email you send simply says “Please expect a 1-2 day delivery time” without mentioning that you don’t ship out Friday to Sunday. I think you should update the confirmation email with that detail, especially since this is a health product. (Love your product otherwise, thank you!)
