Ingredients for 2 cups of dip

  • 2 cups Kefir Lab’s Original Coconut Kefir
  • 2 large red bell peppers
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

How to make it

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the red bell peppers and garlic cloves on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and roast for 20-25 minutes, until the peppers are charred and the garlic is soft.
