Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 1 cucumber, finely grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

How to make it
