Erika’s Story – From Gut Crash 
to Comeback

Erika, the founder of KefirLab, is my close friend. So close, I think of her as my blood sister.

When she moved to the U.S., and the American diet hit her like a freight train—fatigue, bloating, skin issues that stole her spark.

Doctors shrugged. Pills didn’t help. But Erika wasn’t just anyone—she came from a family of microbiologists.

She knew health starts from within. Teaming up with her husband, a food wizard, she cracked her family’s scientific kefir code. One sip, and she felt it: stronger, clearer—herself again.

My Story – From Depression to Thriving

Now let’s talk about my story. Erika was the one who got me into probiotics and gut health.

Similarly to her, I was always ambitious, but in my mid-20s something went wrong. Despite my drive and effort, I started gaining weight, losing hope, losing energy and hitting rock bottom.

When Erika told me about probiotics and gut health I didn’t believe it. I thought it was exaggerated. “Gut health can’t fix all problems”. 
Yes it can’t, but it’s a good start.

As I got more into it, reading stories, studies (mainstream and cutting edge), I was surprised. Why nobody talks about it?

But before screaming about it left and right, I had to test it on myself and here’s what happened.

Taking a complete care of my gut health helped me go through and out of a clinical depression (MDD), lose 45+ pounds and get my life back on track.

I’ve gone from being completely lost, through getting to a normal life to thriving – in life, family, business and starting my Ironman Race journey – 2.4 miles swim, 112 miles bike and 26.2 miles run.

In this ebook, I am sharing exactly what helped Erika, me, and hundreds of KefirClub members – all backed by science, experience – and most importantly – nature.

    • How are you feeling overall today?
    • Bloating after meals?
    • Energy tanking mid-day?
    • Skin acting up?
    • Poop schedule a mess?

Over 14 days, we’ll track how it shifts with real, doable steps. Step one’s easy: notice it.

Later, we’ll bring in probiotics, habits and much more—the same stuff that pulled Erika and me out of the gutter—but for now, it’s you and that list. Remember, you’re not alone in this fight.
