Founder
Erika is the heart and soul of Kefir Lab. She holds a B.Com, a Master’s Degree in International Business, and a Master’s in Disruptive Innovations. She brings leadership, vision, and almost a decade of experience in the startup and innovation world to Kefir Lab.

Dario

CEO
Dario is the backbone of Kefir Lab; he holds a B.A., master’s of International Business, and extended studies in HR management. He brings an exquisite Italian taste, positivity, and a decade of restaurant management experience to the Kefir Lab Family.

Dr. Salavat Gilmandinov

Advisor, MD in Microbiology
Dr. Salavat Gilmandinov is the roots of Kefir Lab. His knowledge and a unique biomedical process of kefir making were the foundation of our products. Now, he shares his 40+ years of business and medical experience with the team.

Dr. Aidar Gazizoff

Advisor, PhD in Anesthesiology in Palliative Care
Dr. Gazizoff spent 30 years as an anesthesiologist in palliative care before dedicating 15+ years to integrative medicine. At Kefir Lab, he helps guide our content to be scientifically accurate and practical.
