We require an order minimum of $90 to make a purchase. We also offer free shipping on all orders over $150.

We ship our products via FedEx or UPS within 2 business days.

All domestic orders are shipped with a flat $10 shipping fee, and orders over $150 ship for free. International orders have a $25 shipping fee.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we ship orders Monday through Friday with a 1-2 day shipping time.

Kefir Lab is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to keep you informed of any delays and work with the shipping carrier to resolve any issues.

If a package is lost, missing or damaged, please get in touch with us immediately at hello@kefirlab.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate the package and resolve the issue.

We take extra measures to ensure your order arrives in its best condition. That means we send Kefir Lab in a temperature-controlled package so it remains at a refrigerated-like state until it arrives at your door.

That’s also to ensure the potent probiotics would survive through the “warm” digestion tract. Yet, we still like to insulate and add an ice pack in case of shipping delays. The 100 Trillion Probiotic Kefir is safe and delicious no matter what temperature it arrives at.
