We ship our products via FedEx next day delivery.

All domestic orders are shipped with a flat $10 shipping fee, and orders over $150 ship for free. International orders have a $25 shipping fee.

Kefir Lab is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to keep you informed of any delays and work with the shipping carrier to resolve any issues.

We take extra measures to ensure your order arrives in its best condition and is as environmentally friendly as possible. Kefir Lab is shipped in a biodegradable insulated box with ice-packs.

Yes. You will receive an automatic email notifying you that your auto-ship order is getting ready to ship. Please ensure your address and payment information are current on your auto-ship order.

Given the perishable nature of our products we are not able to accept returns.
