I did it for love 🤍
Kefir Lab was created in 2019 as I was completing my Master’s in Disruptive Innovation.
As a certified nutritionist, with additional studies in food science, fermentation, and the chemistry of cooking from Harvard, I worked directly with Italian labs to create formulas rooted in both European traditions and modern science.
More than a probiotic drink, Kefir Lab is my vision for wellness being the new luxury and the belief that health is wealth.
It still feels unbelievable to realize that 2000+ products are sold daily helping people support the foundation of their health and changing lives of those whose health was compromised by the modern food system.
